We provide a structured environment where fathers and sons bond through the rigors of the outdoors and the richness of the sacraments. Expect an experience that is both physically demanding and spiritually fortifying.
Our activities range from primitive camping in the Texas wilderness to joining in fellowship during a walking pilgrimage to a monastery. We guide young men through a curriculum of diverse outdoor skills. Each activity is an opportunity for boys to learn from their fathers and other virtuous men, fostering a sense of honor, fraternity, and self-reliance.
Fatherhood is the cornerstone of our mission. In Troop 12, fathers are active participants and primary mentors, leading by example in every campout and prayer session. We prioritize safety, tradition, and the building of a local fraternity that extends beyond our meetings. Together, we strive to raise young men who are prepared to serve their parishes, their families, and their country with courage.
